Yes, room for two to three cars on the drive and unlimited space in the car park (free) adjacent to the house.

Yes, but the parent needs to be aware there is unfenced water and also hard wooden steps which are too wide for a stairgate.  Also a wood burning stove which is not safe for children (the outside gets hot).  We brought up our own children here as toddlers but parents need to be aware of any risks. The garden is only partially fenced.

We are often ready before the check in time (eg 2pm can usually be arranged), but ask that guests just let us know in advance if they'll be wanting earlier check in then give us a text or call when they're in the area rather than turn up on spec (we want you to have a good first impression).  We can meet and show you around or use the key safe, depending on your timings and preference!

There are 5 double bedrooms, some of which can take an extra single to accommodate up to 12 people.

Hot tub available on request - hired in (very simple to do) at a cost of approx £250

Dog friendly, although please be aware garden is not fully fenced.
